We check availability and prepare an individual offer within 24 hours. For recurring needs we also offer framework agreements for companies. Billing is conveniently done by invoice to your company.

All of our holiday apartments in Lüneburg and Wismar are ideal for long-term stays, project work and contractor assignments. They have fully equipped kitchens for self-catering, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi for working and cosy living areas to relax after work. For teams we also offer larger units with several bedrooms, perfect for construction projects, shipyard work or longer business trips.

Yes, we offer attractive corporate discounts and special terms for companies. For longer stays (from 7 nights), recurring bookings or housing several employees, we are happy to put together an individual offer. Many construction firms, trade businesses, consultancies and industrial companies already use our contractor rooms and business apartments as an affordable alternative to hotels in Lüneburg and Wismar.

Our apartments and contractor accommodation are centrally located in the old towns of Lüneburg and Wismar. From here you can quickly reach the region's key employers: in Wismar the shipyard industry, the harbour and the industrial area, in Lüneburg the industrial areas, the university hospital and the city centre. Supermarkets, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Parking can be added on request.

We know that business trips often need to be planned flexibly. Check-in is contactless via key box, so your employees can check in without trouble even on a late arrival. Early arrival or late departure can be arranged on request. For short-notice changes we are reachable by phone 24/7 and will find a solution together.

Our apartments are specifically equipped for the needs of working professionals: fast Wi-Fi for home office and video calls, a desk workspace, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and microwave, washer and dryer for longer stays, a smart TV to unwind, and high-quality beds for restful sleep.
