We work on a commission basis, you only pay when we generate income for you. The exact terms depend on factors such as location, size and fit-out of your apartment. We put together an individual offer in a personal conversation. Transparency matters to us: you receive monthly statements with all the details on bookings, income and costs.

Yes, if it is done professionally. Many owners underestimate the effort involved or lack the tools for optimal pricing. With professional management you can achieve 30 to 50% higher returns than with long-term letting, while doing less work yourself. We use dynamic pricing, multi-channel distribution and professional marketing to maximise occupancy. Demand is high, especially in touristically attractive regions such as the Baltic coast, Lüneburg or Hamburg.

Yes, absolutely! Besides management, we also offer lease and purchase models. With a lease, we pay you a fixed monthly rent, we take on the full risk and the work. With a purchase, you receive a fair sum and are completely out. In a personal conversation we find the model together that best fits your situation.

In principle, we are open to a wide range of properties, from a small one-room flat to a large holiday house. What matters is a tourism permit (where required), a decent condition and an attractive location. If the interior is not optimal, we can carry out a redesign in Scandinavian style on request. During the viewing, we assess the potential and discuss what is needed to get the most out of it.

Our focus is on northern Germany: cities such as Lüneburg, Wismar, Hamburg, Lübeck, Kiel, Rostock and Schwerin as well as the entire Baltic and North Sea coast. We are continuously expanding and are open to interesting properties in other regions too. After the first contact, we arrange a viewing appointment, usually within 1 to 2 weeks. You receive the potential analysis and the offer a few days later. Once we agree, onboarding, including the photo shoot, listing creation and system setup, takes about 2 to 3 weeks. That means: from the first enquiry to the first booking usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
